Baebody Product Review

By Jodi Truglio — March 10, 2021

Lets face it, the winter does quite a number on our skin plus wearing a mask due to Covid doesn’t help. Luckily, there are great affordable skin care products on the market that can help, so be prepared to say goodbye to tired dull winter skin and hello to healthy glowing skin with Baebody’s line of wonderful products.

Vitamin C Moisturizer

Let me start off by saying, I really like how this product is designed to dispense, which makes it much easier to use and it is basically fragrance free which is great for people with allergies.

I have struggled in the past when it comes to finding a good moisturizer, depending on the brand it would make my skin too oily, breakout or not be moisturizing enough.

I admit that prior to using this product I was using a different Vitamin C moisturizer that really didn’t do much, it was just alright, nothing exciting. I was just happy that my skin didn’t breakout.

You can image the first time I tried Baebody’s Vitamin C Moisturizer I wasn’t expecting much, but instead found myself pleasantly surprised with the creaminess of this product and how easily it absorbed into my skin, leaving it smooth and silky without feeling oily.

Baebody’s Vitamin C Moisturizer is effective, since it contains key ingredients such as Vitamin C an antioxidant ingredient that is know to inhibit melanin production in the skin, which helps to lighten hyperpigmentation. It also contains Vitamin B5, Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter and Vitamin E.

After using it for two weeks my  skin looked more refreshed  and developed that glow you get when your skin is healthy and properly hydrated. After two months of using it the pigmentation that I had on my face due to acne appears have lightened and my skin looks much smoother.

Vitamin C Serum

Like the moisturizer the Vitamin C Serum’s key ingredients are close to the same except it also contains Hyaluronic Acid which helps with dry skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines. What I like about this serum is the gel-like consistency compared to an oil. The serum absorbs quickly into the skin without leave a tacky or oily residue behind. I have found that both the moisturizer and the serum are really affective on there own, but when layered worked magically, my skin has never looked so healthy.

Sweet Almond Oil

Prior to doing this review I never used Sweet Almond Oil, I just saw it as an inexpensive ingredient that was added to a lot of cosmetic products. It wasn’t until I did a little research I learned how amazing this oil can be.

It turns out that sweet almond oil is great for people who suffer from dry skin such as eczema. It is also great to use on your hair. I have used it on my dry cracked hands and noticed a difference in a week.

Hemp Gummies

I was very hesitant to try these gummies, since I don’t take vitamins. I get my labs done regularly and have never been vitamin deficient on my vegan diet, but after a surgery in November, I was feeling a little run down, so I figured now was a better time than any to try the Hemp Gummies.

The gummies are a 30 day supply with the directions saying  to take  gummies once a day, which is reasonable. The bottle contains three flavors that aren’t horrible just a bit sweeter than I would prefer, but flavor preference a side I didn’t really notice any changes in my energy level until the third week. I felt so much better and my energy improved to the point that I was able to get through my workouts without feeling tired.
