Morning Matcha Latte

Lately as the weather gets cooler my morning ritual is having a Matcha Latte using Four Sigmatic’s Mushroom Matcha. Something about it just warms me up and relax my thoughts preparing me for the day ahead. Below is my super easy Matcha Latte recipe. 


Morning Matcha Latte

Recipe type: Beverage, Latte

Serves: 1 latte


8 ounces nondairy milk (I like using Califia Farms Toasted
Coconut Almondmilk)

1 teaspoon Four Sigmatic’s Mushroom Matcha 

2 pitted Dates or 1 teaspoon of Maple Syrup 


Place Mushroom Matcha powder in a mug or cup.

Heat milk in a small stovetop saucepan over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes until hot but not scalding.

Froth milk (e.g., handheld milk frother or in high speed blender if using dates). 

Holding back the frothy portion, pour the milk into the mug. Whisk until blended.

Spoon frothy milk on top and serve
